GALLERY 3--originally for sale May 2010 Many of these puzzles have been made with spalted maple. The wood came from a neighbors tree that went down in a storm a few years back. Due to its weathered condition, it has very dramatic coloration and has a roughness that gives these puzzles a distinct and unique quality. |

Made of tulip wood, cocobola, ebony, goncalo alves, and brass inlay.
This puzzle is an earlier prototype for the UMMP series. It has fewer moves but is a bit tricky with pieces that unnoticeably slip so as to direct one off the correct path. Signed, numbered and dated.
